Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take?

Our total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of your order. This includes:

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit time: 4–7 business days after dispatch

We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is completely free within the United States. There are no hidden fees or additional charges. Sales tax is already included in all displayed prices.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Simply email us at support@nuvuro.com with your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then follow our return process.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags and accessories included

Return shipping:

  • Free for defective or incorrect items (we provide a prepaid label)
  • Customer’s responsibility for sizing issues or changed mind

To start a return, email us at support@nuvuro.com with your order number. We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. If your requested replacement is in stock, we’ll ship it once we’ve received and inspected your original item.

  • If the exchange is due to our error or a defect, we’ll cover the shipping
  • Otherwise, return shipping is at your expense
  • If the new item has a different price, we’ll contact you before processing

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately.

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, we’ll ask you to cover reshipping
  • We are not responsible for lost parcels due to address errors

Where is my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.

If it's past the estimated delivery time and your tracking hasn't updated, contact us at support@nuvuro.com.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active after dispatch. If it still doesn’t update, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to assist.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

Yes — custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your personal and payment information throughout the checkout process.
