Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is completely free on all orders within the United States—no minimum purchase or hidden fees.
Which carriers do you use?
We primarily ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
The carrier is automatically chosen based on the package size, weight, and destination.
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
If you don’t see this email within the handling time window (1–3 business days), please reach out to us at support@nuvuro.com with your order number.
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
What are the return eligibility requirements?
Returned items must be:
– In new, unused condition
– Unwashed and undamaged
– Returned with all original packaging and tags
– Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if your item was defective, damaged, or incorrect, Nuvuro will cover the cost of the return label.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email support@nuvuro.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Our team will provide detailed return instructions and the return address.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Please note that your payment provider may require a few additional days to post the credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes—if your order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at support@nuvuro.com
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may return it after delivery.
